Application Developer (C#, MSSQL)

We're a highly collaborative team of people that love what we do. This position is located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

Responsibilities:

Work on our product by building new features and fixing bugs.

Develop an understanding of our market and customer needs and take ownership of major features.

Interact with customers to gather requirements and set expectations

Skills:

Experience in .Net 3.5 and above with C# and MSSQL 2008 in a Windows environment.

Comfortable writing code for both Web Based as well as Desktop based applications.

Understanding of client/server architecture, especially as it relates to the web

Experience Required:

Atleast 1 Year of experience in above skills.

Customer Support Engineer(CSE)

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Engineer who will work with our customers to ensure that they are successful in using our products, with the overall aim of reducing their problems. This position involves a great deal of communication with Sri Anand Technologies’s high-end customers, via visiting their location, email, phone and on screen sharing tools. It will be vital that the person filling the position be an excellent communicator and problem-solver.

This position is located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

Skills

Excellent spoken and written Hindi and English.

Outstanding people skills and diplomacy

Ability to manage several different situations and customers on any given day

Hindi Typing will be a Bonus

Experience Required:
